A lot of people are wondering what happened to Kevin Garnett. For a guy that was so dominant just a couple of years ago, it is difficult to think of what happened to him. The fact of the matter is that Kevin Garnett is still around. And in fact he is as good as he always was; if not better. But when it comes down to it Kevin Garnett has fallen off the radar for a couple of different reasons.
Just a few years ago Kevin Garnett and his Minnesota Timberwolves team was always in the playoffs. But just because they were there did not mean a thing. Kevin Garnett never managed to get out of the first round during all of those years. And last year win the Timberwolves completely missed the playoffs the majority of people shifted their focus to other young players that were making a name for themselves. This does not mean that they are better than Kevin Garnett, but people are more prone to watch out for the guys that are consistently in the playoffs; just like they did for Kevin Garnett in the past.
If Kevin Garnett wants to get back to the top he is going to need some help. Kevin Garnett can do it all on the court, but without assistance he is as good as done. The main area of concern is a guy that can get him the ball; a point guard that has some experience making plays. But I am sure that Kevin Garnett will settle for any help that he can get at this point in time.
